    Prices quoted are per person based on two people sharing a twin/double room.
    Prices includes accommodation, breakfast afternoon tea and three course evening meal with aperitif and wine (on 6 out of 7 nights allowing for a staff day off ).

    Singles requiring sole occupancy of a twin room will be charged 50% extra

    Checkout time for the chalets on day of departure is 10am (bags may be stored at the chalet to be collected later).

    For a 3 day weekend (Sunday to Wednesday) dinner will be served on only 2 of 3 nights

    Children under 12 sharing a room with 2 full paying adults 50% discount.
    Children under 2 sharing an adult room come for free.
    Three adults sharing a triple room receive a per person discount.

    Booking
    1.     Email or telephone to discuss your holiday and check availability. An option will then be put on the holiday of your choice. Phone number: 0033979560340 or 0033628787743
    2. Download the word doc and print, complete and mail it to the address on the form. Your option will be held for three working days, giving you time to send deposits of £100 per person. After this time your option will expire.
    3. On receipt of your signed booking form/letter and all deposits, we will issue a confirmation invoice stating when full payment is due. Please note that no contract exists until we have issued the invoice.
    4. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure full payment must accompany the booking form.
    5. We recommend you start arranging your travel details soon after you receive our booking confirmation invoice. We would advise booking early to ensure the holiday dates of your choice and avoid disappointment.
